Shrimp traders receive statement of objections for cartel

The European Commission has sent a statement of objections to four traders of North Sea shrimp. Based on unannounced inspections at company premises carried out in March 2009, the traders are suspected of colluding to fix prices and allocate markets for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium.
