Singapore: Competition body hires new leader from within

The Competition Commission of Singapore will receive a new CEO following the end of the term for the CCS’s current CEO, Yena Lim, whose position is scheduled to end September 30.

    Toh Han Li, who is currently the assistant CEO for Legal and Enforcement at the regulator, will step in as new CEO.

    In a statement, the Trade and Industry Ministry credited Toh with accelerating the development of both the nation’s Competition Bar as well as its competition law.
