Singapore’s antitrust authority has released a statement notifying the public of its clearance on three proposed mergers. The mergers include: Oiltanking GmbH acquiring Chemoil Storage, Asia Renal Care acquiring Orthe Pte Ltd, and Micron Technology acquiring Elpida Memory, Inc. The Competition Commission of Singapore has ruled that all three proposals do not infringe on competition law or pose a threat to competition within their perspective markets.
