Slovenia: Pharma giant receives bad news from authorities

Pharmaceutical wholesale giant Salus has reportedly received a notice from Slovenia’s Competition Protection Agency last week that the company has been found to have harmed competition.

    Regulators have reportedly found in an investigation that Salus business practices negatively harmed competition in the nation since 2007, though reports did not say exactly what those practices were.

    The company said it denies the allegations.
