Slovenia: Regulators unveil pharma cartel

Competition regulators in Slovenia have accused pharmaceutical companies of participating in a price-fixing cartel, say reports.

The nation’s Competition Protection Agency announced findings that claim wholesale companies Kemofarmacija, Slaus, Farmadent and Gopharm participated in the cartel. The regulator says the companies colluded to fix wholesale prices and dividing market shares, among other allegations.

Further details on the findings were not immediately known.
