Supreme Commercial Court affirms no antitrust violation for Aeroflot

The Supreme Commercial Court has affirmed the invalidation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s resolution that Aeroflot violated antitrust laws. In December 2010, the FAS had determined that Aeroflot abused its dominant position by unreasonably increasing ticket prices. However, a lower court later invalidated this ruling, and the Supreme Commercial Court affirms.
