Texas Anesthesiologist’s Antitrust Suit Dismissed

A San Antonio doctor failed to show that Baptist Health System violated antitrust laws by excluding him after he was fired by a medical practice that was its sole provider of pediatric anesthesiology services, a federal judge ruled Monday, April 13.
