By: Alfonso Lamadrid (Chilling Competition)
One year ago, I had the opportunity to partake in the Global Competition Law Centre’s Annual Conference as a panelist. The panel focused on the crucial topic of the role played by the EU Courts in competition cases. Joining me on this panel were esteemed individuals, namely General Court President Marc van der Woude and Judge Ingeborg Simonsson.
Recently, my in-depth perspective on this subject has been featured as a chapter in the newly released book titled “The Transformation of EU Competition Law: Next Generation Issues,” which is published by Kluwer and edited by our esteemed colleagues Adina Claici, Assimakis Komninos, and Denis Waelbroeck.
