Three more real estate investors plead guilty to bid-rigging at Northern California auctions
Three more real estate investors have pleaded guilty for bid-rigging at real estate foreclosure auctions in Northern California. The three investors–Barry Heisner, Dominic Leung, and Hilton Wong–entered into conspiracies from 2008 to 2011 to rig bids at public auctions for properties to be resold in a second private auction for co-conspirators.
