Turkey: Competition Authority to monitor new airport tender

Sources are saying that Turkey’s Competition Authority will look into the third airport tender in Istanbul, the nation’s largest city, to inquire whether it aligns with the Competition Law. Reports also say that Turkish Airlines may take part in the bidding for the tender. A similar process was carried out when Gazipasa Airport was up for bidding; TAV Airports Holding won the bid.
