A Statement of Issues has been released by the Competition Commission regarding its investigation into Global Radio’s acquisition of GMG Radio Holdings. The Office of Fair Trading had referred the deal to the CC last month. The CC has declared that its main priority on the case will be to determine whether the merger, leading to Global Radio having greater control over GMG, would harm how GMG operates.
