U.K.: OFT reviews liquefied petroleum gas merger

The Office of Fair Trading has begun reviewing a proposed buyout of the UK distribution business of BP’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Flogas, owned by DCC Energy. The deal was made at €51.3 million. DCC deals with LPG in industrial, commercial and domestic dealings.
