U.S.: Aviation services co. won’t quit in antitrust fight against Colorado county

Montrose, however, says it is concerned over JetAway’s alleged violations of the minimum standards of safety for Montrose Regional Airport. JetAway initially filed the suit against Montrose County alleging it violated antitrust law by revoking the aviation company’s access to the airport.
