The Federal Trade Commission has approved SPX Corporation to sell its Service Solutions business to automotive technology company Robert Bosch GmbH. SPX Corporation sites more than $5 billion in annual revenue from its manufacturing operations, part of which concentrate on vehicle service solutions. The deal is expected to be complete by early December.
