A settlement was approved by a California judge on Wednesday regarding a suit that charged Kason Industries Corp. and Component Hardware Group Inc. on price-fixing. Specifically, indirect purchasers of Kason and CHG products claimed the companies inflated prices for third-party suppliers. The class members will receive up to $720,000 under terms of the settlement.
