LendingTree LLC has resolved allegations by bank rate website operator BanxCorp that the home loan service provider conspired to fix prices in the online rate market, after a New Jersey federal judge signed off on a dismissal of the antitrust suit on Monday. U.S. District Judge Esther Salas approved a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice ending BanxCorp’s allegations that LendingTree conspired with fellow rate website operator Bankrate Inc. to fix prices and divvy up the rate services market.
