U.S.: R.I.’s first female federal magistrate judge is antitrust expert

Rhode Island’s first female federal magistrate judge is Patricia A. Sullivan, former antitrust lawyer. Sullivan took her oath for the position on Monday. She is a former partner with Edwards Wildman Palmer, and replaced U.S. Magistrate Judge David Martin, who retired late last September.
