U.S.: Simon & Schuster latest eBook publisher to sign new retail contracts

Simon & Schuster book publishing company has reportedly signed new contracts with eBook retailers over the weekend, a result of its recent settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice. The company has made a statement confirming that the new contracts have been made since settling with the DOJ in an agreement that allows eBook retailers to discount the books.
