U.S./Taiwan: Taiwanese auto lights manufacturer urges for lenient sentence for price-fixing

Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd., a Taiwanese auto lights manufacturer and its U.S. distributor on Monday, urged a California judge for a lenient sentence, after pleading guilty to price-fixing aftermarket auto lights. The company has asked the court to impose a reduced $5 million fine.
