U.S.: Wayland back at Simpson Thacher after DOJ

Having finished his term as Acting Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Joseph Wayland is back at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Wayland joined the DOJ in 2010 and was named head of the Antitrust Division last April. Wayland will return as a Psrtner at the Firm’s Litigation Practice, where he first became a partner in 1994. Wayland first joined the firm in 1988.
