UK: Competition law reformation bill progresses through Parliament

The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill advanced to a new phase after being approved by the British House of Commons 290 to 228, and will now move to the House of Lords for review. The bill, which reforms existing competition law, includes new amendments involving defenses to criminal cartel charges.
