UK/Finland: Top heating, pluming distributor cements merger deal

The world’s largest distributor of heating and pluming products, UK’s Wolseley, announced Wednesday it inked a deal to acquire Finland-based building materials distributor Puukeskus, say reports.

The parties did not disclose financial details of the merger, say reports.

The deal remains subject to regulatory approval from authorities in Finland.
