Law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has announced Simon Priddis has been appointed as the new head of its antitrust, competition and trade practice in London.
According to a press release by the firm, Priddis follows Rod Carlton after two terms at the position. Priddis’s new position is effective May 1 and lasts 3 years, the firm said.
Priddis is an expert in negotiating antitrust clearance for mergers as well as advising clients on competition policy compliance and cartel investigation, according to his profile. He is particularly versed in the areas of healthcare and financial services.
