DLA Piper announced today that Lisa Tenorio-Kutzkey has joined the firm’s Litigation practice as a partner in the San Francisco office.
Tenorio-Kutzkey focuses on white collar matters in all phases of federal government investigation. She has particular experience in antitrust cartel investigations and defense, in which she represents Fortune 500 companies and executives involved in alleged price-fixing, bid-rigging, and market allocation conspiracy matters. In addition, she is well versed in all facets of FCPA investigations, defense and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Tenorio-Kutzkey was a trial attorney with the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division and a Special Assistant US Attorney for the Northern District of California.
