US: Antitrust lawyer joins Holwell Shuster & Goldberg

Antitrust and financial services industry litigator Dwight A. Healy has reportedly joined Holwell Shuster & Goldberg as partner at the firm’s office in New York.

    Healy has more than three decades of practice, during which he has specialized in antitrust and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as other matters involving financial services and corporate law.

    Reports say the lawyer joins Holwell Shuster & Goldberg from White & Case, where he practiced for more than 35 years.

    In a statement, the lawyer said joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg is “the ideal way to bring my practice full circle.”
