US: Attorney General reassures Antitrust Division to focus on communications

Attorney General Eric Holder recently commented that Justice’s antitrust division will be focusing on communications more, a remark made in a Justice Oversight hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The remarks were made in response to a question by Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), who recently took the lead of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Antitrust Subcommittee. AG Holder also noted that focus will also land on lower prices and greater competition.
