Baker Botts has promoted three antitrust lawyers to partner, effective January 1, 2015, among a slew of promotions, say reports.
The law firm announced Amy Hefley, based in Houston, has been named a partner. She focuses on a wide range of commercial disputes including antitrust and intellectual property cases, the firm says.
Further, Kyle Clark and William Lavery, both antitrust lawyers based in Washington, D.C., have also been named to partner.
Clark focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex litigation matters of antitrust and other areas. He has handled cases before the US Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Lavery advises his clients on antitrust and commercial litigation matters, the firm says, including antitrust investigations and mergers. He has focused his work on industries including technology and energy, and has handled cases involving monopolization, price-fixing and other anticompetitive conduct.
The three lawyers were among a total of 11 promoted to partner.
