Renowned merger integration advisor Boston Consulting Group is reported to have picked up the advisory role to work on the acquisition of OfficeMax from Office Depot. According to reports, BCG will work to combine the two companies seamlessly and efficiently, working close with management from both companies. According to a press release offered by the Group, BCG will focus on creating a support team for the merger with extensive knowledge of the office supplies industry.
