US: Crowell & Moring add antitrust Partner

The former general counsel of America’s Health Insurance Plans has joined Crowell & Moring LLP in its Washington, D.C., office as a partner in its antitrust and health care groups, the firm announced on Tuesday.

Joseph M. Miller will advise clients on health care and antitrust issues such as regulatory issues under the Affordable Care Act, health care reform risk, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and developing corporate compliance policies, according to the firm.
