Former US Patent Trial and Appeal Board intellectual property judge Bradford Kile has reported joined Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca LLP in a move that will boost the firm’s patent and competition practice, according to reports.
The Washington, D.C.-based firm announced the addition of Kile to its IP practice group as its new leader; the practice already includes competition and IP expert Joel Davidow.
Kile has experience as a patent examiner with the US Patent and Trademark Office, and most recently served as the head of Baker & McKenzie’s IP practice in D.C.
