The American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law will be headed by Howard Feller, beginning his post in August of 2014, McGuire Woods LLP announced Monday. Feller is currently the chair of the law firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Department.
Feller has previously served as the ABA’s vice chair of the Antitrust Section, as well as its finance officer, secretary, communications officer, and more, according to a press release.
He has also previously served as chair of the Antitrust Section of the Virginia State Bar.
A press release issued states that Feller focused his legal career within antitrust matters including merger investigations, business counseling and commercial litigation.
