Boies, Schiller & Flexner announced a slew of new promotions Tuesday, four of which include antitrust lawyers.
According to the firm, half of the eight promotions to partner include litigators who specialize in antitrust. They include John LaSalle, Michael Mitchell, Beko Reblitz-Richardson and Josh Schiller.
LaSalle is perhaps best known for his work defending American Express against federal antitrust claims and currently serves as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel.
Mitchell specializes in antitrust and class action matters and has played a role in Barclays bank’s defense against LIBOR manipulation claims.
Reblitz-Richardson focuses on complex trial litigation surrounding antitrust, unfair competition, intellectual property and commercial disputes. He has served at Bois, Schiller & Flexner for nine years, the firm says.
Schiller focuses on intellectual property, antitrust, entertainment and other legal areas.
All promotions are effective January 1, 2015, the firm says.
