US/France: Food, beverage packagers ink deal

One of the largest packaging companies has reportedly signed a deal to acquire a France-based competitor. According to reports, Bosch Packaging Technology is set to buy Tescor Machines et Systemes; a deal was signed last week. The companies focus on packaging supplies and services for the food and beverage industries such as milk bottles and yogurt cups. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed in reports.
