US: GE sells air filtration business

    GE’s Power and Water division has entered into the agreement, according to Clarcor, which will see GE divest the business that supplies air filtration systems and gas turbine application filters.

    The filtration business, which operates in the US, UK and China, will continue to supply filtration systems to GE.

    The companies said they expect to finalize the deal by the end of the year.
