US: Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for AbbVie’s acquisition of Pharmacyclics expires
AbbVie said the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for AbbVie’s purchase of Pharmacyclics expired Friday.
The expiration satisfies the exchange offer condition with respect to the approvals and clearances required under antitrust laws.
