US: Hogan Lovells antitrust partner joins top legal association

Law firm Hogan Lovells announced Tuesday that one of its antitrust partners has been inducted into a prestigious legal association.

    Antitrust, Competition and Economic partner J. Robert Robertson was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers as a fellow, the firm said. The fellowship is offered by invitation only with high standards for professionalism and ethical conduct.

    Robertson joins as one nearly 5,800 lawyers chosen as a member of the College from the US and Canada, according to Hogan Lovells.

    At the firm, Robertson is a partner at its antitrust practice based in Washington, D.C. He has previously served as Chief Trial Counsel for the Bureau of Competition of the US Federal Trade Commission, according to reports.
