Global information technology firm Wipro announced Monday plans to acquire mortgage due diligence and risk management service provider Opus CMC, according to a press release.
The buyout is part of Wipro’s plans to expand its mortgage solutions business, the company said.
The parties plan to close the deal in the fourth quarter of FY 2014, though the acquisition remains subject to regulatory clearance.
