US Justice Department Withdraws Longstanding Antitrust Guidance for Proxy Adviser
The US Department of Justice has withdrawn a decades-old antitrust guidance letter issued to proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), saying the competitive landscape and the company’s business have changed since the opinion was first issued.
