US: Kirkland & Ellis IP lawyer moves to Arnold & Porter

Law firm Arnold & Porter announced a new addition to its intellectual property team, according to reports, with the hiring of Ryan Casamiquela.

Casamiquela previously held a position as partner with Kirkland & Ellis but will now become part of Arnold & Porter’s IP group in San Francisco.

Reports say the lawyer has extensive experience in litigating patent cases, including copyright, IP licensing and antitrust counterclaims.
