Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith announced last Thursday that it has chosen antitrust litigator Todd R. Seelamn to head its new Denver office and lead the firm’s antitrust practice.
According to reports, Seelman joins the firm from Lathrop & Gage to become Lewis Brisbois’s Managing Partner of its Denver location and Chair of the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice.
The lawyer comes with more than two decades of antitrust litigation experience. He serves as the Chair of the Antitrust Subsection of the Colorado Bar Association and is also an adjunct professor of antitrust at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
Reports say Seelman focuses his practice on pre-merger review, price discrimination, joint ventures, information exchanges, antitrust compliance, and other matters on both the state and federal levels.
