Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, announced that Katherine Winfree has joined the Washington, D.C. office as a partner. Winfree previously served as chief of staff for the Federal Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau.
Before joining the FCC, Winfree served as the chief deputy attorney general for the state of Maryland. She is experienced in antitrust, consumer protection, criminal, environment, public safety and transportation.
