US: Senate Hearing: A Comparative Look at Monopoly and Abuse of Dominance in the US and EU
The US Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights will hold a hearing on Wednesday, December 5 entitled: A Comparative Look at Competition Law Approaches to Monopoly and Abuse of Dominance in the US and EU.
The witnesses to speak before the Subcommittee will be William Kovacic, George Washington University; Geoffrey Manne, ICLE; Abbott (Tad) Lipsky, George Mason University; Eleanor Fox, NYU; and Jonathan Kanter, Paul, Weiss.
The hearing will take place at 2:30pm [est] at the Dirksen Senate Office Building, 226.
