US: Social media software co finds more woes following DOJ investigation

Following an announcement by the US Department of Justice that the authority would investigate the software analytics company’s acquisition of its biggest rival PowerReviews Inc., Branham Law, LLP has followed up with its own investigation of the company. The DOJ announced earlier this month that it would investigate the company; since, the company’s stock has severely declined (by about 40 percent, according to reports) and its CEO unexpectedly resigned. Bazaarvoice is centered in Austin, Texas.
