Private equity firm Vista Equity Partners announced it reached an agreement to acquire management solutions company ACTIVE Network in a $1.05 billion deal.
Reports say the private equity firm, which focuses its investments in data and technology businesses, will acquire cloud-based Activity and Participant Management solutions firm in an all-cash transaction.
The agreement includes a tender offer to acquire all outstanding ACTIVE common shares following a unanimous vote of approval by ACTIVE’s board of directors.
