US: Syngenta chairman says won’t seek to engage Monsanto on deal

Syngenta AG will continue to review its seed portfolio and look for deal opportunities following the abrupt exit of its chief executive but doesn’t plan to engage rival Monsanto takeover talks, Syngenta’s chairman said.
