California-based technology accessories company Incipio, which manufactures products like iPhone and iPad cases, announced a deal to acquire Utah-based Bluetooth speakers maker Braven. In a press release the parties announced Braven would remain independent and continue to operate under the Braven name. Reports say the acquisition is a logical one as both focus on high-end technologies. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
