US: Will chemical co ever finalize $2.2B buyout?

 |  March 27, 2013

The company assures, however, that the deal will finalize before mid-April. The deal was first announced last October. The DOJ is currently investigating whether the transaction would lead to overlaps in the market that could hamper competition.
