Watchdog to investigate if collusion behind spike in car insurance rates

The Albanian Competition Authority will launch a probe into the automobile insurance market. The watchdog will determine whether the sudden doubling to tripling of rates this month is attributed to a price-fixing conspiracy between insurance companies.
