With new Enterprise Act come new merger fees

As a result of the Enterprise Act 2002 (Merger Fees) (Amendment and Revocation) Order 2012 Merger fees will increase on 1 October 2012. Fees vary according to the value of the UK turnover of the acquired enterprise.
