Duke Energy anunció que han tomado la decisión de vender sus activos en Brasil a la empresa originaria de China, ‘China Three Gorges’ (CTG), por aproximadamente $1,200 millones de dólares en efectivo, así como la absorción de deudas. El cierre del acuerdo deberá ocurrir en dos o cuatro meses.
